No Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of this offering, all sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits are available once an order has been placed.
Intake Form Requirement
Completion of the intake form is required in order for your manifesto to be created.
If the intake form is not submitted, your order cannot be fulfilled.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide the required information in a timely manner.
If the intake form has not been completed within 7 days of purchase, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Turnaround Time
Standard delivery is within 7 business days from the date the completed intake form is received.
If a rush option is selected, delivery is within 3 business days from intake form submission.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all birth details and information submitted via the intake form are accurate. The quality and accuracy of your manifesto depend on the information provided.
Scope of Service
